The Beltrami Soil and Water Conservation District/ Beltrami County Environmental Services office is a drop off/pick up location for well water testing through AC Analytical & Consulting LLC. This service is possible through the efforts and decisions of the Beltrami County Board of Commissioners.
How to get your well water tested:
1. Pick up your well water sample bottle(s) at 701 Minnesota Ave NW, Suite 113, Bemidji, MN 56601. Our office is open 8am to 4:30pm. Please call our main office line at 218-333-4158 for hours of operation. No pick up/drop off on holidays!
2. After you receive your well water sample bottle(s), read the directions for testing your water at the bottom of the Well Water Testing Form.
3. Bring filled water sample bottle(s) back to our office at 701 Minnesota Ave NW, Suite 113, Bemidji, MN 56601 BEFORE 9:30AM with your well water testing form complete. For payment, ONLY CHECK OR CASH, no credit/debit card accepted. For most accurate results, take sample the morning of, do not let water sample sit overnight.

Q: Do I have to live in Beltrami County to drop off/pick up water sample bottles?
A: No, anyone can drop off/ pick up water sample bottles for AC Analytical & Consulting LLC.
Q: What water tests does AC Analytical & Consulting LLC offer? How much do they cost?
A: They offer 4 different test. Nitrates, E-Coli and Total Coliform Bacteria ($45), Iron and Hardness ($15), Lead ($40), Arsenic ($40).
Q: Do I need separate water sample bottles for each test?
A: Yes! For example, if you are doing two different test, you will need two separate water sample bottles.
Q: When will my water sample results be done? How will I receive my results?
A: Depending on how many samples are coming into lab, it could take 1 to 2 weeks for your results to come through the mail.
Q: Do I need separate checks for each water sample?
A: No, one check is acceptable. Checks can be made out to AC Analytical & Consulting LLC.
